• •Parecía todo correcto hasta que al ponernos a escribir nos hemos dado cuenta que algunas teclas estaban mal, no corresponden los caracteres y símbolos con las teclas que tiene que ser. En la caja las teclas son las normales y correspondientes a un teclado español, pero una vez abierto algunas teclas no corresponden, como si fuera un teclado de otro país.Una vez que me he puesto en contacto con la empresa, resulta que aunque en la imagen y en la caja en la que viene el teclado es en español, al final del todo del nombre del producto viene que el teclado que compras es en portugués, pero como he dicho tanto en la foto, como en la caja, como en la descripción que se da detallada del producto, por ningún lado aparece la palabra portugués, ni que hay disponibles teclados en diferente idiomas (que así podrías saber que hay otros).Al decirles que la publicidad entonces es engañosa, porque tanto la foto como la caja viene en español y da lugar a confusiones, y que si que estoy interesada en el producto, pero lo quiero en español, me dicen que no es engañosa, y que lo devuelva porque ya no lo quiero (eso sí, que los gastos de devolución corren por mi cuenta)Viendo otras reseñas, creo que le ha pasado a más gente, así que algo engañosa es cuando más gente lo ha comprado pensando que era español.Resumiendo: ATENCIÓN AL IDIOMA EN EL QUE CREEIS QUE ESTAIS COMPRANDO EL TECLADO.Aunque no me ponen pegas en la devolución (eso sí tengo que pagar yo los costes) y yo he admitido "mi error" que lo compré en portugués, ellos no admiten que es bastante engañoso.He dejado de lado que se trataba de un regalo de reyes y el niño, que con toda la ilusión había recibido el regalo, se ha quedado super disgustado, así que es lo que más rabia me da de todo esto.
